Worship

Worship happens in-person and online on Sunday mornings. Childcare is available for children in PreK and younger during the worship services. Elementary aged students are invited to participate in the Children’s Moment during both services (excluding Communion Sundays).

We have traditional worship services at 8:45am & 11:00am every Sunday. Both services include hymns, liturgy, prayers, readings, and a sermon. The 8:45am service is a quieter service with music selections led by the organ/piano. The 11:00am service features our Chancel Choir & Orchestra.

Communion is served the first Sunday of each month and on additional occasions. New Hope UMC practices an open table for communion. An open table means everyone is welcome to receive communion - you don’t need to be a United Methodist or even a member of any other church to participate in receiving communion. Everyone who seeks a relationship with Christ is invited to partake in the meal.
